We offer straightforward cash-pay rates so you always know the cost upfront — no surprise bills, no confusing statements, and no long waits for approvals. This option is ideal for patients who are uninsured, between plans, or simply want flexible, private care on their terms.
What’s Included :
Payment & Scheduling
Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and digital payments. Booking is quick and easy online, and our team will confirm your appointment details in advance. If you later obtain insurance, we can provide documentation for possible reimbursement depending on your plan.
Insurance-Covered Care
At Living Well Family Care, we believe everyone deserves thoughtful, high-quality primary care, regardless of insurance coverage. We proudly accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, Wellpoint MA + Wellpoint GIC, MassHealth, and Medicare in Massachusetts. We are still credentialing with Wellsense and expect to be in-network in Late July. We can also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement or for non-traditional health insurance providers.
Self-Pay and Alternative Payment Options
You can still become a part of our practice even if you we don’t accept your current insurance, if you are between insurance coverage, or are uninsured. See below for alternative options.
